ONLINE STORE REFUND POLICY:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason an item isn't right for you, La Mastoura gladly accepts returns of merchandise in its original packaging, labeled, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and purchased online for a full refund. You have 10 days from the receipt of your package to notify us and return the product.

Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment within 4 to 7 days of receipt of the item if it meets the above conditions.

(We do not cover shipping costs for returning merchandise.)

You can also come and exchange directly in store.

SHOP REFUND POLICY:

Exchanges are accepted with receipt and label on the garment, unworn, within 10 days of purchase.

Final sale on sale items, books, perfumes, hijab accessories such as hats and burkinis.
